Mobile ramp with three-sided loading, 3SRM series

The 3SRM series mobile ramp can be used to load three vehicles at the same time. Four support legs are used as support. Two-segment rotary ramps are installed on three sides of the horizontal ramp platform, compensating for the distance and height difference between the ramp and the truck body. A guarantee of safe movement along the roadway of the ramp is the surface material, which provides reliable adhesion to the wheels of the forklift, and the steel guard, which prevents the forklift from leaving the ramp.

1. Do not use the mobile ramp if there are people or foreign objects in the work area.

2. Make sure that the ramp lies in the body along its entire width and extends into the body by at least 250 mm.

3. Do not exceed the permissible load. The permissible load corresponds to the total weight of the forklift with load and driver.

4. Do not lift the mobile ramp with a load on it.

5. After carrying out the work, immediately move the ramp to the non-working (parking) position.

6. During loading/unloading, do not turn off the power to the control unit (for a mobile ramp with an electro-hydraulic drive).

7. Do not exceed the speed of the loader on the ramp (no more than 5 km/h).

8. Do not drive the forklift onto a ramp whose ramp does not rest on the vehicle body (for a mobile ramp with a hydraulic drive).

9. Make sure that the WORK button is always pressed and the central power switch on the unit is turned on during operation. Otherwise, the hydraulic pump (for a mobile ramp with electro-hydraulic drive) may fail.

10. Before use, remove the pendulum transport fastening. Attention! During loading/unloading, the vehicle-mounted, hydraulically driven ramp automatically monitors the vehicle's level. On a ramp without support from the car body, this role is played by ramps (the permissible deviation of the ramp from the horizon is ±100 mm).

11. DoorHan mobile ramps are intended only for use by forklifts with inflatable wheels. The use of pallet trucks and forklifts with polyurethane wheels with high point loads is not permitted.

Additional Information print

The DoorHan concern loads products onto trucks using a hydraulic crane or forklift with a fork lift of at least 2 m. The buyer or installer must provide the same equipment for moving the products. When using a crane or other lifting equipment, it is recommended that you use slings of adequate lifting capacity.

Warranty print

The buyer is provided with a guarantee of the operability of the mobile ramp with three-sided loading produced by the DoorHan concern for a period of 1 year for retail and for a period of 2 years for dealer orders from the date of purchase.
